When you find sponsorship, you must consider whether the sponsoring company got imposed sanctions or not, which is fined by not complying sponsorship obligations from the immigration's compliance squad. It may last for a year. During the period, the sponsor(owner or nominator) can't sponsor/nominate you. There is a exception, but don't risk your life and visa. To avoid your visa refusal attributed by the sanctions, just ask your employer whether he/she has been imposed a sanction by Department of Immigration and Border Protection or not.
