We are attaching a very bold attempt to challenge against the immigration and MRT's decisions at a Federal court. The plaintiff insisted that the IELTS can't reflect the actual English Language ability and it was also unconstitutional to set an English exemption criterion for passport holders from native English Spoken countries​ such as England, USA, Ireland, New Zealand, and Canada against Racial Discrimination Act 1975, s.10.

However, we would advise the plaintiff that "Hey, mate !! You should hire a Good and very strict English teacher, rather than a lawyer"
